Step 1: Discussion of theme, and items to include
The students were working on an Outer Space theme for their yearbook, and wanted that for this semester's Mural theme, too. I have been working with them for the past 4 semesters on Mural projects on the Playground Wall. (See school-murals-2015-2019.html)

Step 2: Individual Drawings
Step 3: Composition of Mural
I composed the mural from their drawings.

Then I colored in the background. I emailed their individual drawings to them to color and email back to me. I will transfer their colors to the large drawing, and we'll reference that when painting, hopefully, this fall.
